Alternative Healthcare Practitioner

To certify, please complete the following steps:

1. Follow the blueprint certification requirements.
   
   
2. Provide appropriate proof and required documentation required for certification.
   
   
3. Complete the appropriate application: Alternative Healthcare.
   
   
4. To renew certification, applicant must pay € 75,00 and have 20 CEUs in continuing education units.
   
   
5. Send completed application, required documents and payment by one of two ways:
